Now, addressing the clash, the actor at an event said that even if three films are released together and they are good they will "definitely work at the box office". He added that there will always be space for "good" films.

Speaking at a meet and greet event with fans on Saturday (December 17), Vicky said that today they "have the capacity" to release multiple films together. They are artists who are working for the audience. "We have theatres, exhibitors we have everything. I feel that why two, we can have five films have a simultaneous release. We have had a couple of examples where two films have worked together at the box office. So, even if three films are released together and they are good "they will definitely work at the box office.”

Weeks before the release of Sam Bahadur and Animal, the actor at the trailer launch event expressed his excitement on watching Animal and said, "I’m as excited as anyone else". He added that the industry should give the option of multiple films on the same day to the audience to flourish as an industry.

Sam Bahadur vs Animal box office collection

In the third week, Sam Bahadur witnessed a 25 percent rise in the collection in comparison to the second week. On day 16, the film minted ₹4.5 crore, taking the total collection of the film to ₹71.35 crore. However, Animal, on the other hand, is soaring high at the box office even on the 16th day of its release. The films minted ₹13 crore on the third Saturday in all languages, taking the total collection to ₹498.14 crore. Seeing the pace of the film, the film will cross ₹500 crore mark in India today, December 17, adding another feather in the hat.
