Before Box Office, Pushpa Rules Over Navratri Festivities, Fans Dress Up In Allu Arjun's Jatara Look

Pushpa 2: A sequel to the Allu Arjun starrer the film is one of the most anticipated movies of the year. Scheduled to release on Independence Day , the film's release was pushed to December 6. While cine-goers wait in anticipation for the film, fans of the actor took the frenzy a step ahead and attended a garba night dressed as Allu Arjun's avatar from the film.

Viral video shows men doing Pushpa's ‘flower hai’ step at garba night 

The 9-day Navratri fevour has gripped the country. Devotees step out of their home to seek divine blessings at pandals and participate in cultural acitivites like garba and dandiya nights. A viral video from a dandiya night shows two men dressed as Allu Arjun 's androgynous avatar from Pushpa 2.

Ahead of the film's release, Pushpa 2 makers unveiled the first look of Allu Arjun . Much to fan's surprise the actor donned a blue body paint adorned with jewels and accessories in the film. Interestingly his look seems to be androgynous. Garba night attendees imitated the look and appeared in blue body paint and a saree. They could also be seen recreating the viral "flower nahi, fire hai" step from the film.

What is the Allu Arjun look from Pushpa 2?

The first look of Allu Arjun from Pushpa 2 was released on April 8. In the teaser, devotees could be seen praying to a Goddess during the Jatara festival when Allu Arjun appears in an androgynous avatar. He seems to have both feminine and masculine traits in the shot. While the actor was seen wearing a saree, jewellery and makeup, he also sported a beard and walked in his quintessential Pushpa Raj style. His character look was accessorised with a blue pattu saree, jhumkas, ghungroo, bangles, a nose pin and other jewellery in a scene where he beats up goons.
