Diljit Dosanjh has been in the news following the announcement of his Dil-Luminati Tour 2024, with all tickets selling out within a minute of their release. However, this time, the Punjabi singer is going viral on the internet for introducing his family to the world for the first time ever. During his recent concert in Manchester, part of this tour, Diljit introduced his mother and sister to the fans. Videos of this heartfelt moment have taken the internet by storm.

In the video, he sings the hit track, Dil Tenu Ditta. Upon finishing, he introduced his mother, Sukhwinder Kaur, and sister to the world. The Amar Singh Chamkila actor showed respect by bowing down with his folded hands in front of her, followed by a hug and lifting her hand, proudly shouting, “By the way, this is my mom.”
The emotional moment brought tears to his mother's eyes. Diljit then turned to another woman, bowed, and shook her hand, introducing her as his sister. "This is my sister and my family has come here today," he shared. The video is now going viral as it's the first time, the Punjabi singer introduced his family since he joined the entertainment industry. He is known for keeping his life private and away from media glare.

After Delhi, the tour will continue to Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Indore, Chandigarh, and Guwahati. Diljit has announced the dates for the Indian leg of the 'Dil-Luminati' Tour. In a message shared by Saregama's team, he expressed his excitement about bringing the tour to India. "Bringing the Dil-Luminati Tour to India is a dream come true. After the incredible journey abroad, performing in my homeland feels like coming full circle. The love and energy I've felt from fans around the world have been extraordinary, but there's something uniquely special about performing here, where it all began. India, get ready, because Punjabi ghar aa gaye oye! We're going to make history together—I can promise you a night you'll never forget!"
On the acting side, Diljit recently announced his role in Border 2, which also stars Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan. The sequel will take place during the Battle of Longewala, with filming set to start in November.
