Hansraj Raghuwanshi’s latest Ram bhajan Jai Shri Ram garnered the attention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Prime Minister took to his X account to make a mention of the singer and the bhajan based on the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya. The singer has expressed gratitude to the PM in his latest interview. 

Hansraj Raghuwanshi feels ‘great’ after Prime Minister shared his song 

On January 4, Prime Minister took to his X (formerly Twitter) account to pen a note for the Hansraj’s Jai Shri Ram bhajan. He shared the song along with a note that read, “अयोध्या में प्रभु श्री राम के स्वागत को लेकर पूरा देश राममय है। राम लला की भक्ति में डूबे भक्तजन इस शुभ दिन के लिए तरह-तरह से अपनी भावनाएं प्रकट कर रहे हैं। भगवान श्री राम को समर्पित हंसराज रघुवंशी जी का ये भजन सुनिए…  (The whole country is happy with the welcome of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya. Devotees immersed in the devotion of Ram Lala are expressing their feelings in various ways on this auspicious day. Listen to this bhajan of Hansraj Raghuvanshi ji dedicated to Lord Shri Ram…).”

Expressing his gratitude for the post, Hansraj Raghuwanshi told ANI, “I have been singing since 2013. I have mostly made songs on Bholenaath. It feels great that our country's PM has shared my bhajan (Jai Shree Ram). I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart.”

The singer also expressed his gratitude to his followers and urged everyone to be devotional. He continued, “I would also like to thank my supporters. Many of my Bhajans have reached millions of views. Everyone should be devotional, as we get positivity from that." "The starting line of the song, that is, 'Ayodhya aaye mere Ram, Bolo Jai Shree Ram,' is inspired by a Rajasthani tone. The rest of the song is composed by me and written by Ravi Chopra.”
