The SKIMS mogul was accompanied by her sister and supermodel Khloe on their maiden trip to India. On the wedding day, the reality TV stars opted for a Manish Malhotra couture. Sharing details of her outfit, Khloe referred to Malhotra as a ‘local’ designer which did not sit well with the social media users.

After dressing up for the wedding celebration of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, the sisters took to their Snapchat account to share a video of their outfits with their fans. Khloe first told her followers, “Our stylist worked with world-renowned designer Manish Malhotra to create our incredible dresses for our trip! Here’s a look at the details.”

While she went on to heap praise on the designer and share how and his team created the outfits, one of her stories raised eyebrows. In one particular story, she can be heard saying, “You guys, how beautiful are like my clothes that I’ve been wearing are all so beautiful designed by a local designer. I will get you his name, but everything. Look at the details. I mean everything is so spectacular.” She added, “I love this pop-pink number. Just the vibrancy, the detail, the intricacy of it. It’s to die for.”
