Kourtney Kardashian Barker, already a mother to Penelope Scotland, Reign Aston, and Mason Dash from her previous relationship with Scott Disick, now embraces motherhood once more with Rocky Thirteen. On the other hand, Barker shares daughter Alabama Luella and son Landon with ex-wife Shanna Moakler. He also has a stepdaughter named Atiana De La Hoya.

The birth certificate, obtained by PEOPLE, confirmed the baby's name as Rocky Thirteen Barker. Born on November 1 in Los Angeles, the name choice was previously hinted at by Barker during a podcast appearance on One Life One Chance with Toby Morse, where he openly discussed his wife's pregnancy and subtly revealed the name and due date.

The name "Thirteen" holds dual significance in Rocky's life. Aside from being the chosen numeral in his name, it signifies an additional layer of meaning. The little one is the thirteenth grandchild to join the Kardashian family, as emphasised by Khloé Kardashian during a TikTok post from the baby shower, dubbing him "lucky number 13."

Hints regarding the name "Rocky Thirteen" were earlier teased by Barker during a conversation with his daughter Alabama in a GOAT Talk interview with Complex. The drummer mentioned the potential name, playfully indicating their choice.
