Sonu Nigam's ₹7 Crore Property In Mumbai Sold On His Birthday

Sonu Nigam frequently grabs headlines for his music and unfiltered interviews. Recently, he has been making news for selling his property at impressive prices. This news coincides with his birthday. Sonu Nigam celebrated his 51st birthday yesterday. Apart from the Kal Ho Na Ho singer, many Bollywood stars, including Amitabh Bachchan, Kriti Sanon, Kajol, Sara Ali Khan, Karishma Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, and Kartik Aaryan, have also been actively investing in commercial real estate to secure high rental returns.

Sonu Nigam sells a commercial property for ₹7 crore in Mumbai

As per the documents accessed by Propstack, Sonu Nigam has recently sold a commercial property for ₹7 crore in the Andheri West area of Mumbai.

The commercial property is located on Dattaji Salve Marg in Andheri West in Mumbai and it measures for 2,131 square feet (sqft) with a per sqft rate of Rs 32,848. The commercial space is sold to the two Delhi-based individual buyers. The property comes with two car parking slots, documents showed. The sale deed was registered on June 28, 2024.

How many properties Sonu Nigam owns?

Moreover, earlier this year, Sonu Nigam’s father Agam Kumar Nigam had purchased a luxury property in Mumbai's posh Versova for ₹12 crore.

In April last year, Sonu Nigam had also purchased two commercial properties spread across an area of 5547 sq ft in Andheri for ₹11.37 crore, as per the reports. However, According to a report in the Indian Herald, Sonu Nigam’s net worth is estimated to be more than ₹370 crore.
