Parvati Nair, who was recently seen alongside Thalapthy Vijay in The Greatest Of All Time (GOAT), has been accused of assaulting her domestic helper. On Monday, ANI reported that a case was registered against the actress and five others under sections 296(b), 115(2), and 351(2) BNS following a complaint by Subash Chandra Bose (helper). Now, the actress has reacted to the claims and called them "baseless".

Parvati Nair will take legal action against everyone involved

Taking to her X handle, Parvati wrote that she has full faith in the judicial system and that her legal team will take action. "Some false narratives and baseless allegations are being circulated. I have full faith in the judicial system, and my legal team will take action against everyone responsible. The truth will be out soon. Thank you to all my fans, friends, and family for your unwavering support," her statement read.

According to a DSR copy, Subash Chandra Bose, who worked as a helper at KJR Studios, was also asked to do domestic work at Parvati's residence in 2022. During that time, several items, including a laptop, a watch, a camera, and a mobile phone, went missing from her house, after which the actress filed a complaint against Bose over suspected theft allegations.

Subash Chandra Bose counters Parvati Nair's narrative

However, Bose has now come forward to share his side of the story. He alleged that after his release when he returned to work at KJR Studios, Parvati came to the studio and slapped him, while the other five verbally abused him. Bose filed a complaint at Teynampet Police Station, but when no action was taken, he approached the Saidapet 19th MM Court.

What's next for Parvati Nair?

The actress will be next seen in Aalambana, a fantasy comedy film directed by debutant Pari K Vijay. The movie co-stars Vaibhav, Munishkanth and Yogi Babu.
