The popular television series Anupamaa has taken a significant leap over 5 years, introducing notable changes in the storyline. Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna, portraying Anupamaa and Anuj, have parted ways in the show. The plot thickens as Anuj accuses Anupamaa of being an inadequate mother, leading to Anu's departure and relocation abroad, thereby fulfilling Anupamaa's dream of going to America.

Muskan Bamne quits Anupamaa

However, this transition comes with additional shifts with Muskan Bamne, who portrayed Pakhi, Anupamaa's daughter, deciding to exit the series after a three-year stint. Muskan's departure stems from her reluctance to age on-screen, particularly as the show's creators planned to introduce a pregnancy track through IVF. The 24-year-old actress expressed concerns about the potential impact on her career.

When Muskan got trolled because of her on-screen character

Muskan, whose character Pakhi had grey shades, faced criticism on social media for the character's immature actions that often hurt Anupamaa. The actress clarified that she was portraying a character and urged netizens to distinguish between fiction and reality. However, the trolling escalated to a personal level, prompting Muskan to call out the trolls and defend herself.
