After Ravi Teja starrer Eagle, Kavya Thapar to star opposite this Telugu star

Kavya Thapar, who recently made headlines for joining actor Ravi Teja starrer film Eagle, is once again in news for having bagged yet another big Telugu film. The actress, previously has been part of films like Pichaikkaran 2, Middle-Class Love, and Ee Maya Peremito among others.

Kavya Thapar finalised for an RP film

According to reports in 123Telugu, the actress has recently signed Puri Jagan's film Double Ismart starring Ram Pothineni in the lead role. The actress will be playing Pothineni's love interest in the film. However, an official confirmation and announcement from the makers is awaited.

It is anticipated that with films like Eagle and Double ismart in her kitty, the actress will soon be in demand if the films perform well at the box office.

What do we know about Double ismart?

Double ismart is the sequel to the film ismart Shankar. The film will reportedly also star Sanjay Dutt in the lead role and will release in 2024 in around five languages, including Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.

What do we know about Eagle?

Eagle, directed by Karthik Gattamneni, stars Ravi Teja, Anupama Parameswaran, Navdeep, Kavya Thapar, Srinivas Avasarala, and Madhoo. The film is set to hit theaters on January 13 around Sankranti. The makers, just a few days ago, also released a teaser of the film showing Ravi Teja in an action avatar. 

The film will see a clash with many big films including Guntur Kaaram, Lal Salaam, Captain Miller and Ayalaan among others.
