Ahead of Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire release, actor Prithviraj Sukumaran’s wife Supriya Menon Prithviraj shared a throwback video from Salaar’s shooting days featuring Prabhas, and her husband Prithviraj. The short video is shared by the former BBC journalist. The video features a few photos that were taken by her husband on the set along with Prabhas and actor Tinnu Anand on the sets of Salaar. She mentioned that it was a beautiful throwback from Salaar shoot location with actor Prabhas and Tinu Anand.

In the caption, she wrote, “Beautiful throwback from Salaar shoot location with @actorprabhas garu & Tinnu Anand Sir and my amazing husband @therealprithvi! Can’t wait to see the magic unfold on screens on Dec 22nd! Don’t miss this action drama!”

Director in an earlier interview with Kairam Vaashi revealed that his film is not the remake of 2014 Ugramm but rather a retelling of the story in a KGF scale of premise. Her excitement sees no bounds for the film’s release tomorrow. Talking about his first film Ugramm, Neel said, “I wanted to fill cinema halls and I’m doing it on the 22nd. Whatever people may think, at the end of the day, Ugramm is mine. I want to fulfill one of my deepest ambitions of filling theaters for that particular film, and that is what Salaar is.”

Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire is a 2023 Indian action thriller film. The movie is about two friends who become enemies.  The movie is set in the fictional city of Khansaar. Written and directed by Prashanth Neel, and produced by Vijay Kiragandur, the movie is starred by Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the leading roles, is set to arrive on the silver screens on December 22nd, 2023. The film, directed by KGF director Prashanth Neel.

The new trailer of the upcoming Prabhas-starrer action film Salaar: Part 1 -- Ceasefire.  The trailer, which is 2 minutes and 53 seconds in length, begins with the childhood versions of Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran's characters of best friends.

Produced by Hombale Films and directed by Prashanth Neel, the film is set to release in more than 5,000 screens across India, in five languages on December 22.
