A fire broke out on the eighth floor of an under-construction building near Kamala Mills compound on Saturday morning. Five fire tenders are present the spot. No reports of casualties or injuries have been reported so far.

On December 27, Level-2 fire has broken out in Chembur area on the 14th floor of Sargam Society near Ganesh Garden in Tilak Nagar Mumbai. The fire claimed five lives.
