Terrorists launch grenade attack at Zero Bridge in the heart of Srinagar, J&K. LIVE updates

A few meters away from the Lal Chowk Market in Srinagar, unidentified terrorists hurled a grenade on a police party, injuring three cops. 

Terrorists lobbed a grenade on one of the busiest roads in the heart of the city, at Zero Bridge. Along with three police offers, two traffic cops were injured in the attack and now have been shifted to the hospital.

Security has been beefed up in the area. 

Fourth cop, Manzoor Ahmed, HC from AP 14 has been injured. He has a splinter injury on his foot and has been taken to the police hospital. 

One of the injured Officers is the ASI of executive police and has sustained grievous injuries, but all of them are currently stable

Reportedly, terrorists were known to be traveling in an auto-rickshaw. 

Masood Azhar's terror group JeM has claimed responsibility for the attack.
