A local train rammed into a stationary express at the Kacheguda Railway station in Hyderabad on Monday. One person died in the crash, and around 20 people have been injured. Two coaches of the MMTS have also been damaged. As per inputs, Railway authorities believe a technical glitch in the signal could have led to the two trains coming on to the same track.
