WATCH: Dwayne Bravo's love for Chennai evident as he visits educational institutes, and the feeling's clearly mutual

Former West Indies cricketer and musician Dwayne Bravo visited Velammal School in Mangadu in Chennai on 01 July. The former West Indies skipper visited the school as a guest to spectate a cricket tournament in the school.

The cricketer attended a camp at the Centre for Sports Science at Sri Ramachandra Medical College and interacted with young players. He also took part in a certificate distribution ceremony at the end of the day, emphasizing on the need to have such centers in every country to nurse and develop the talents of the youngsters. 

 Bravo has a deep connection with the city of Chennai as he is an integral part of the IPL team Chennai Super Kings and enjoys a huge fan following in the state. On numerous occasions, he has called Chennai his second home town and feels a special connection with the people of Chennai. 

Former Australian coach and head coach of the Kerala Cricket Association Dev Whatmore also took part in the training session which included an outdoor batting-bowling session followed by a tour of the facility.
