After the Uttar Pradesh police outraged the nation by abusing and beating a 'Hindu girl' for an alleged relationship with a 'Muslim boy' in Meerut, the government of the state has followed suite. The Yogi Adityanath government, rather than taking strictest action possible against the culprit officers, has just transferred the accused cops to Gorakhpur.

Three of the cops - Neetu Singh, Salek Chand and Priyanka - have been sent to the constituency which is represented by the CM of the state, Yogi Adityanath, while the fourth cop remains in Meerut.

The incident, which took place in Meerut, saw cops, whose primary responsibility is to save the dignity and respect of the citizens, especially women, shamelessly abuse and beat a girl. And to make the matters worse, the police recorded the whole incident on camera to further dent a blow on the innocent girl.

In the video, four cops can be seen in the car along with the girl. The officer sitting in the driver's seat was recording the video. Firstly, the officer sitting in the front seat questioned the girl, asking, "You stay here? At whose place do you stay here?"

It was then followed by the cop sitting in the driver's seat shamelessly asking the girl, "Mullah zyada pasand aa raha hai? (Are you liking Muslim more?)" The girl replied by saying, "Nahi, uncle vo dost hai. (No uncle, he is a friend)"

Before she could even complete her statement, the female officer sitting beside the victim started hitting her on the back of her head. While the girl was getting beaten, the cop sitting in the front seat started saying, "Hindu ke hote hue (expletive) mullah ka (expletive). Tujhe sharam nahi aati (Despite so many Hindus around, you indulge with Muslims. Don't you feel ashamed)"

After that, the cop sitting on the passenger seat in front asked her 'kiske yaha ruki tu', which was then followed by an act enraging the dignity and respect of the girl. The female officer, under the orders of those sitting in front her, pulled down the scarf of the girl to reveal her identity on camera.

The cop sitting on drivers seat could be heard shamelessly saying, "Isko wahi na lagaye…. Scarf neeche kar, scarf neche kar...haata hath.. (expletive) chashmo ke andar (shouldn't we slap her. Pull down her scarf, pull down her scarf. Remove your hand. What she does behind those specs)"
