Cognizant to give 25% extra pay to Indian employees for working during COVID-19 pandemic

Cognizant to give India employees, who are at associate level and below, 25 pc additional payment over base pay for April. Additional payment, recognising biz continuity efforts amid Coronavirus outbreak, to benefit over 1,30,000 Cognizant staff in India.
