With the commencement of voting for the second phase of the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, polling booth organisers have gone the extra mile to make the experience as appealing and joyous for voters as possible, as is evidenced from the numerous polling booths in Assam, Chhattisgarh, and Bihar which were decked up on Thursday, April 18.

With the commencement of voting for the second phase of the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, polling booth organisers have gone the extra mile to make the experience as appealing and joyous for voters as possible, as is evidenced from the numerous polling booths in Assam, Chhattisgarh, and Bihar which were decked up on Thursday, April 18.

Bhagalpur parliamentary constituency of Bihar had its polling booth number 38 & 39 beautifully decorated with balloons as the officers welcomed the voters.

Constituencies voting in the second phase of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections from Bihar are Banka, Kishanganj, Katihar, Bhagalpur, Purnia.

Similar was the scene outside the Nagaon parliamentary constituency of Assam: 

5 out of 14 parliamentary constituencies from Assam are voting in the second phase of 2019 Lok Sabha elections: Mangaldoi, Karimganj, Silchar, Nawgong, Autonomous District.

The polling station of Chhattisgarh’s Rajnandgaon Lok Sabha constituency also showcased colourful balloons along with a magnificent rangoli welcoming its voters.

Rajnandgaon, Mahasamund, Kanker are the 3 constituencies out of 11 from Chhattisgarh that are walking into the second phase of voting on Thursday.

With 95 seats, 1619 candidates and 179880 polling booths at disposition, 12 states are undergoing polls for the second phase of 2019 Lok Sabha elections 2019 on April 18.
