KTR gives a thumbs up to Republic TV-CVoter's National Approval Rating For Telangana; Owaisi concurs with the TRS leader

On Sunday, Republic TV in association with CVoter came up with the fifth edition of the National Approval Ratings, which aimed to check the mood of the nation regarding who would win the Lok Sabha polls if they were held at the present time.

Telangana, a crucial state which has 17 seats in the Lok Sabha, was projected to be dominated by the present ruling party in the state - Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS). K Chandrasekhar Rao's party was projected to win 16 seats, with its ally AIMIM winning the other seat.

Working president of TRS and son of Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao, KT Rama Rao expressed satisfaction that his party was projected to dominate in Telangana in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

"A month away from parliament and early surveys indicate that TRS will be sweeping Telangana. C voter predicts 16/16 and 1 for MIM," his Twitter post read.

Asaduddin Owaisi, the chief of AIMIM, responded to KTR's Twitter post by expressing confidence that the two parties will together sweep the state.

"17-0 inshallah will definitely happen, people of Telangana will bless& support KCR once again for it will be a victory of every section of society, victory to realise & achieve true Federalism," his social media post read.

Following was the seat and vote share projection in Telangana for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls:

These projections were in line with the projections of the previous National Approval Ratings. In the January edition, TRS was projected to win 16 seats and Owaisi's AIMIM to win the other remaining seat.

Following that, KTR had taken to Twitter and expressed his delight over the fact that the Republic-CVoter was predicting his party's clean sweep.
