"The 'Beti Bachao Beti Padhao' scheme of the Prime Minister started from this State, despite this from 2015-2019 in these six years the main motive of the scheme is not achieved. The average sex ratio in India is 930 females per 1,000 male but the sex ratio in the state is only 914 females per 1,000 male. The interesting part is that Panipat district, the place where the scheme was launched there the sex ratio is 877 per 1,000 male." she added.
