'PM Modi has fulfilled Syama Prasad Mukherjee's dream'

Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that the Prime Minister has fulfilled Syama Prasad Mukherjee's dream of repealing Article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir. Shah remembered Syama Prasad Mukherjee and said that he was martyred in Kashmir and after 73 years, Narendra Modi, right after coming back to office as PM for his second term, fulfilled his dream in an instant.

"India's great son Syama Prasad Mukherjee was then arrested and he later died in jail. With Syama Prasad Mukherjee's martyrdom, the Congress party thought that the matter was put to an end but they did not know that BJP does not leave any work, unfinished. 73 years later, the state of Bengal gave Modiji 18 seats and right after coming back to power, PM Modi abrogated Article 370 in an instant. For 73 years we said the land where Mukherjee martyred, that land of Kashmir is ours. Today, Modiji has given life to that slogan and made Kashmir an integral part of India,” he said.
