Anil Kapoor Reacts After PM Modi Expresses Delight At The Actor’s Experience In Varanasi
Anil Kapoor wrote how it was a ‘great experience indeed’ in the ‘holy city’ of Varanasi and further continued that he fell in love with the city all over again. PM Narendra Modi had replied to Anil earlier in the day saying he was happy about Anil ‘witnessing the city’s transformation’ and ‘enjoying his time in Kashi.’

After Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed delight over Anil Kapoor’s experience at his constituency Varanasi, the actor has gone on to add about his time in the city. The ‘Judaai’ star wrote how it was a ‘great experience indeed’ in the ‘holy city’ and further continued that he fell in love with the city all over again.

PM Modi had replied to Anil earlier in the day saying he was happy about the actor ‘witnessing the city’s transformation’ and ‘enjoying his time in Kashi.’
Anil was recently in Varanasi after a long time for Dev Diwali. The actor had participated in the Ganga Aarti on the banks of Ganges, calling it ‘beautiful’ and one of the ‘special highlights of the year’ for him. He had raved about the ‘positive energy and vibes’, ‘peace and serenity’ of the location on the ‘auspicious day.’
Later, he shared more pictures where he is seen enjoying a boat ride in the river. Subsequently, the actor wrote to the PM on his delight to see the city’s transformation, especially the roads which had got ‘safer and beautiful.’ He added that the puja was ‘amazing’ and he had a ‘blessed experience.’
On the professional front, Anil was seen in two movies this year, ‘Race 3’ and ‘Fanney Khan.’ He will next be seen in ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga’, his first film with daughter Sonam K Ahuja, apart from Rajkummar Rao and Juhi Chawla. The movie hits the theatres on February 1 next year.
