As India joins elite space league, Mamata Banerjee chooses to call it "limitless drama and publicity mongering" and says her party will lodge a complaint with EC

Mamata Banerjee who had earlier demanded proof for India's air-strike against terrorists across the Line of Control on Tuesday called the proud moment for India a 'limitless drama'.

After India achieved Mission Shakti where its indigenous Anti-Satellite (A-SAT) downed a low earth orbit, Trinamool chief Mamata Banerjee has politicised the stupendous feat by the country.

Mamata Banerjee who had earlier demanded proof for India's air-strike against terrorists across the Line of Control on Tuesday called the proud moment for India announced by PM Modi a 'limitless drama'.

Taking to Twitter, the West Bengal chief minister while saying that India's space mission has been world-class for many years said that the announcement by PM Modi was "yet another limitless drama and publicity mongering". 

She also said that the announcement is a gross violation of Model Code of Conduct. She also added that her party will lodge a complaint with the Election Commission.
