Bus Conductor Falls Off Speeding Vehicle In Mangalore, Dies

A bus conductor fell off the speeding bus he was riding on in Mangalore on Wednesday, August 30. The incident took place in the afternoon when at the Nanthoor Circle in Karnataka's Mangalore city. The incident was captured by a dashboard camera of a parked car. The deceased has been identified as Eraiah, a resident of Bagalkot. 

Eraiah is said to have fallen off the bus which was reportedly speeding. He was rushed to a private hospital nearby but succumbed to his injuries. 

In June earlier this year, a woman in Mangalore narrowly avoided an accident with a speeding private bus thanks to another alert driver who swiftly changed course to avoid her. The incident, captured on CCTV, went viral. An FIR was filed against the private bus driver  for reckless driving. Some online users also called for action against the woman for not being cautious while crossing the road.
