Can it be? This Re 1 note connecting Dr Manmohan Singh and Anupam Kher is the most coincidental thing ever

Bollywood veteran Anupam Kher took to Twitter on Saturday to share a video of a man named Tejpal Ramanlal from Gujarat's Vadodara who had an interesting souvenir for the reel life 'Accidental Prime Minister'.

Highly anticipated political drama 'The Accidental Prime Minister' hit the silver screen on Friday, January 11 with mixed from the netizens. The film, based on the life of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, traces his journey throughout the time he was in power. Veteran actor Anupam Kher plays the character of the former Prime Minister with utmost similarity and likeness, leaving the audience intrigued. 

Fascinatingly, Bollywood veteran Anupam Kher took to Twitter on Saturday to share a video of a man named Tejpal Ramanlal from Gujarat's Vadodara who had an interesting souvenir for the reel life 'Accidental Prime Minister'.

In the video, the Vadodara man holds a Re 1 note bearing the date of birth of Anupam Kher i.e. March 7, 1955, and signature of the real Accidental Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh. 

"The note was issued by RBI in 1977 and bears the signature of Dr Manmohan Singh who was the Finance Secretary in 1977", Tejpal Ramanlal says in the video.

Further, focusing on the value of the note, the man states that the note is contemporary because "it bears the number '070355' which co-incidentally the date of birth ( March 7, 1955) of veteran Anupam Kher".

The movie is based on the book which was penned by political commentator Sanjaya Baru, which offers a behind-the-scenes look at the UPA administration. The film has been directed by Vijay Gutte with Hansal Mehta as the creative producer. Besides Anupam Kher as Manmohan Singh, the movie features German actor Suzanne Bernert as former Congress president Sonia Gandhi, Ahana Kumra as Priyanka Gandhi, Arjun Mathur as Rahul Gandhi and Akshaye Khanna in the role of Sanjaya Baru.
