Reacting to the Income Tax searches on the premises of his close aides, the Madhya Pradesh CM released a statement saying that the whole situation of the income tax raids is unclear yet and will only issue a statement once the situation is clear.

Earlier in March, Ratul Puri was grilled by the Enforcement Directorate in Delhi in connection with the Rs 3,6000 AgustaWestland helicopters purchase probe. Some reports claim that Ratul Puri was allegedly named by both middlemen Rajeev Saxena and Sushen Mohan Gupta during their interrogation.
