As the video proceeds, Rane can be seen threatening highway officer and pulling highway officer from his collar. Narayan's son Nitesh and his supporters alleges that the act was a result of the local administration's callous attitude towards repairing of the potholes on the highway. Infuriated, Nitesh Rane and hence his supporters resorted to throwing mud on highway engineer, tightened him with rope and hurled abuses on him.
