Guwahati's Kamakhya Junction railway station has prepared isolation coaches — compartments of existing trains that have been modified to house COVID-19 patients


In a bid to tackle the coronavirus pandemic, the Indian Railways has introduced isolation coaches — compartments of existing trains that have been modified to house patients. Guwahati's Kamakhya Junction railway station has also prepared such coaches. The coaches have been sanitized and are equipped with all necessary amenities to house patients.
