Delhi: Netizens cheer after spotting sun amidst densely polluted air
The Netizens posted photographs of clear sky and shining sun on Twitter, considering it to be effects of Odd/Even after Delhi choked from the Diwali pollution.

The air quality index of Delhi deteriorated severely recording as high as 625 on November 3. Delhi witnessed a thick blanket of smog leading to poor visibility on the roads. The thick blanket of smog was caused due to the pollutant particles present in the atmosphere. However, it was a respite for the Delhites, when the sun was finally out on Monday morning. Netizens posted photographs of clear sky and shining sun on Twitter, considering it to be effects of Odd/Even after Delhi choked from the Diwali pollution.
Delhi felt relieved amidst worst air pollution
Delhi suffered from worst air pollution when the air quality on the Air Quality Index dipped to the ‘severe’ category. The air pollution majorly caused due to crackers burned on Diwali, along with the stubble burning being executed in the neighboring states of Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. The poor air quality made it difficult for people to breathe. But November 4 saw some respite from the pollution as the sun was shining bright. People expressed their happiness on Twitter and felt relieved.
