The central government has received information that Asiya Andrabi and her associates Sofi Fehmeeda and Nahida Nasreen are actively running a terrorist organisation named as Dukhtaran-e-Milat which is a proscribed organisation.

After NIA sources revealed that Kashmir separatist Asiya Andrabi had links with Jamaat-ud-Dawah (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed and Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin, Republic TV has acessed the FIR in the case revealing that Central government has received information that Asiya Andrabi and her associates Sofi Fehmeeda and Nahida Nasreen are actively running a terrorist organisation named as Dukhtaran-e-Milat, a proscribed entity. They face charges under Section 120B, 121, 121A, 124A, 153A, 153B and 505 of IPC 18, 20, 38, and 39 of UAPA.

Based on the FIR filed against Andrabi, Centre has information about the separatist leader and her associates Sofi Fehmeeda and Nahida Nasreen are actively running a terrorist organisation named as Dukhtaran-e-Milat.

The report says that she used various media platforms are being used to spread rebellious and hateful speeches that endanger the integrity, security and sovereignty of India.

It also says that Asiya openly advocates secession of Jammu and Kashmir from Union of India and has also called for Jihad and use of violence against India through her organisation. Andrabi and her associates used written and spoken words besides publishing visible representations that bring into hatred and contempt apart from creating discontent towards Government of India.

The FIR also charges her and Fehmeeda and Nasreen for promoting enmity, hatred and ill will between different communities on the grounds of religion and is doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony. 

Asiya has solicited help from proscribed terrorist organisations and along with her associates has entered into a criminal conspiracy to wage war against Government of India, the report said.

REPUBLIC TV had on Tuesday accessed documents on Asiya Andrabi case which revealed that she had links with Jamaat-ud-Dawah (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed and Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin. The documents also mentioned that she had kept contact with the Pakistan High Commission and had written a letter to former Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif detailing the Kashmir's current state and alleged that India did not pay heed to the state.

The NIA investigation also revealed she had received funds from the Pakistan groups.
