The 74th Republic Day of India will be observed on January 26, 2023. After nearly 3 years of adhering to strict COVID-19 norms under enforcement, Republic Day this year will feature tableaus (jhanki) from several states in front of a sizable crowd at Kartavya Path, formerly called Rajpath. An all-women marching and band contingent of the CRPF will also be part of the forthcoming Republic Day parade in the national capital, officials said Monday.

Egypt's President to be Chief Guest

The parade which showcases India's military prowess and cultural richness, ambles down the Kartavya Path, from the Rashtrapati Bhavan to Red Fort via the India Gate every year on January 26.
