BJP leader G.V.L. Narasimha Rao has asked the parties who are opposing the National Population Register (NPR) to apologise to the country. He criticized Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath for objecting the NPR as he was the cabinet minister in the UPA government when the NPR was put in place.
