GENIUS! Matriarch elephant manages to get her herd to cross narrow road with fast-moving cars. Here's how she did it

Yet another viral video has taken over the netizens, this one about a herd of elephants. In a video which is being shared widely on Whatsapp, Facebook, and other social media platforms shows how intelligent elephants are and the extent to which they can go to protect their herd.

An IFS officer on Twitter has shared a video which shows a matriarch elephant clearing the roads of motorists and cyclists in order to ensure her family can safely cross the narrow road.

In the video, one can see that the elephant first chases away a cyclist and then walks in the opposite direction. There are four-wheelers at a distance which seem to have halted owing to the elephant's presence. 

Soon after turning in the opposite direction it turns a little towards the side which is covered with foliage. Seconds later, its herd walks onto the road from the foliage and follows the matriarch across it.
