Indian Tennis player Sania Mirza and her cricketer husband Shoaib Malik were blessed with a son on Tuesday, October 30, 2018. The couple has named their first child Izhaan Mirza Malik which also means 'God's gift' in Arabic.
Recently, the first pictures of Izhaan have been circulating on the internet as Sania was seen leaving the Rainbow Hospital at Banjara Hills where she was admitted for the delivery.

The arrival of the newborn was announced by Ace Cricketer Shoaib Malik. The excited father took to his Twitter account to share the good news saying, "Its a boy, and my girl is doing great and keeping strong as usual #Alhumdulilah."

A couple of weeks before giving birth to her first child, Sania Mirza had hit out at all those who termed pregnancy as a 'disease'.
Sania Mirza is one of the highly successful tennis players India had witnessed. The tennis ace has won six Grand Slam titles and has won six gold medals across different multi-sport events including the Asian Games and Commonwealth Games. Sania was hit by a knee-injury scare in 2017, though, she still has set her sights on the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
In 2009, the tennis player Sania Mirza got engaged to her childhood friend Sohrab Mirza, but the wedding was called off later in 2010. Soon after that Mirza married the Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik and announced the news of her pregnancy on social media on April 23, 2018.
