'I am no exception': Here's how comedian Kapil Sharma made PM Narendra Modi happy

After meeting with PM Modi, comedian Kapil Sharma had shared a picture with him wherein he praised PM's sense of humour. PM Modi has replied to Kapil Sharma's social media with the sweetest message.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the National Museum of Indian Cinema in Mumbai on Saturday, January 19 in the presence of several A-listers from the Bollywood fraternity. After his brief meeting at the event, actor-comedian Kapil Sharma posted a heartfelt message for the Prime Minister on social media. Sharing a picture with PM Modi, Kapil Sharma had praised his sense of humour in the post.

PM Narendra Modi, on Sunday, replied to Kapil Sharma's post on Twitter saying that his kind words have made him a 'happy person'.

Replying to Kapil Sharma statement praising his sense of humour, PM Modi wrote, "When Kapil Sharma appreciates somebody's humour, it sure makes that person happy and I am no exception" with the happy smiley. PM Modi also thanked the comedian for his 'kind words'.

A day after the inauguration of the National Museum of Indian Cinema, PM Modi shared some of the unseen pictures from the event where he can be seen getting along with the Bollywood fraternity.

During his address at the event, PM Modi said, “Cinema is touching new heights and it should continue in a similar way.” He said that the talk about the museum has been going on for a long time, but his predecessors presented him the opportunity to inaugurate it.    

PM also asked the audiences ‘How’s the josh?’ the war cry from recent hit ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ and it was met with ‘High, Sir.’
