Independence Day: CRPF Unveils Poster For ‘Tu Desh Mera’, Big-B, Aamir Khan & Others Pay Tribute To Pulwama Martyrs

The dastardly terror attack that claimed the lives of 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawans in Pulwama is not something that the nation would forget in a long time. The outrage at the death of the martyrs had sparked protests and tribute marches all over the nation. Several celebrities from the film industry, too, had condemned the attack and had expressed their grief over the tragedy.

As a part of the same, several Bollywood celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and Ranbir Kapoor had joined hands with the CRPF for a tribute song titled ‘Tu Desh Mera’ dedicated to the martyrs.

While the announcement of the yet to be released track was made months back, ahead of the 73rd Independence Day, CRPF unveiled the official poster of the tribute song. It features Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Tiger Shroff, and Kartik Aaryan.

Previously, CPRF which collaborated with 'HAPPY PROD INDIA' for the project had unveiled behind the scene pictures of the actors while they were shooting for the music video and thanked them for the support.

The official Twitter handle of the CRPF tweeted pictures from the shoot of the video with the actors, all dressed in white, and praised them for their ‘Commendable work'. The handle added, “We would like to thank you all for showing your support towards the Martyrs.”
