Sources have confirmed to Republic TV that it was Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorist Abu Hanzala aka Naveed Jatt who was behind the killing of Rising Kashmir chief editor Shujaat Bukhari and two of his PSOs, even as the J&K Police have arrested the alleged fourth suspect in the triple-murder.

Visuals have been released by the Jammu and Kashmir police of three men on a motorcycle fleeing the Press Enclave in Srinagar where the brutal killings were carried out.

The first suspect can be seen wearing a helmet, the second is carrying a bag and the third is wearing a mask. Suspect 2, seen sitting in between on the motorcycle, is believed to be Hanzala. A photo of the fourth suspect, appearing to steal a pistol snatched from an injured PSO and putting it in his pocket, has also been accessed by Republic TV. The arrested fourth suspect has been identified as Zubair.

Earlier, Republic TV sources had claimed that it was the Lashkar-e-Toiba acting at the behest of the Pakistani ISI that was behind the killing.

Shortly afterward, on Friday, the Srinagar Police had sought the help of the general public to identify the fourth suspect of whom they had released a photograph.
