Isha Ambani-Anand Piramal wedding celebrations continue, Anil Ambani-Tina Ambani, Kapil Dev, Sunil Gavaskar, among others in attendance

The celebrations for Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal as they begin a new life together as husband and wife have not ended. After the grand wedding rituals on Wednesday, the couple and their families hosted a gathering at the groom’s residence on Thursday.

Isha’s uncle Anil Ambani, along with wife, yesteryear actress Tina Ambani, ex-cricketers Sunil Gavaskar and Kapil Dev, along wife Romi and daughter Amiya, were among the celebrities spotted. Entrepreneur Gautam Singhania, along with wife Nawaz Modi Singhania and Aadar-Natasha Poonawala were also seen at the do. 

 

Celebrities from all possible fields were present at the wedding a day before. Former First Lady of United States of America, Hillary Clinton, former Finance Minister P Chidambaram, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Maharashtra and West Bengal Chief Ministers Devendra Fadnavis and Mamata Banerjee were present. Sachin Tendulkar, Harbhajan Singh and Yuvraj Singh and Anil Kumble also attended the event.

Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Ranveer Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas, Jacqueline Fernandez, Anil Kapoor-Sonam K Ahuja, Karan Johar, Javed Akhtar-Shabana Azmi, Hrithik Roshan, Suniel Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Rajinikanth, Shahid Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor-Boney Kapoor, Tiger Shroff-Disha Patani, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Ranveena Tandon, Manish Malhotra and many others from the film fraternity were also present.

The couple's playfulness during the 'Varmala' ceremony and the bride being guided to the wedding venue in a grand way by her brothers Akash and Anant were some of the highlights from the event that surfaced on social media. News of Isha donning her mother Nita Ambani's wedding saree from 35 years ago also went viral on Thursday.
