High profile couple Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal are all set to tie the knot in December and their nuptials have been the talk of the town lately. A few days ago, there had been a sneak peek of what could be the insides of the wedding invite, which the Ambanis had first taken to the Siddhivinayak temple. Now, reports suggest that the two will tie the knot on December 12, 2018. The Ambani and Piramal families hosted a three-day bash in September 1018 at Lake Como in Italy, in order to celebrate Isha and Anand's engagement.
As per reports, the two will move into a sea-facing apartment in Worli, Mumbai and will live in the iconic Gulita building in Mumbai. Various pictures have surfaced on social media that shows that their new home is taking shape in Worli. The Piramal's won the bid for Gulita building back in 2012 and bought the property for Rs 450 crores, as reported. The property was previously owned by Hindustan Unilever. The five-storey house is a wedding gift from Anand Piramal's parents, Swati and Ajay.
Reportedly, the sprawling mansion is spread over 50,000 square feet and has five floors that face the Arabian Sea. Further, the basement of the building has a lawn and a multi-purpose room, while the other floors house living and dining halls, bedrooms, circular studies and triple-height multi-purpose rooms.
Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal's engagement was a star-studded affair which took place in Lake Como, Italy. The duo exchanged rings on September 22 and people are expecting the wedding to be even bigger and better.
Anand Piramal is the son of Ajay Piramal, the chairman of the Piramal Group of companies, whose interests range from pharmaceuticals to financial services and real estate financing.
Barely two weeks ago, Mukesh and his wife Neeta Ambani had been spotted visiting the Siddhivinayak temple to offer the first wedding invite to Lord Ganesha. Anand had proposed to Isha in a temple in Mahabaleshwar which had kicked off the eventual wedding plans.
