RJD chief Lalu Yadav's younger son and leader of opposition in Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav, might get married after 2019 Lok Sabha elections. During an informal conversation Tejaswi Yadav said

"I have been getting many marriage proposals from different states for quite some time but I have been delaying my marriage. Now, the pressure within the family is building up".

"I will surely get married after Lok Sabha elections but not before that .. as I will not be able to find time to go for my honemooon amid busy campaigning schedule. At present I have completely focused to defeat the communal forces", he added.

Furthermore, he shared an incident from 25th August this year.

He said," I was at a public meeting and while he was sitting on the dias at RJD office in Patna, one pandit Ji approached him and gave me an envelope. I was expecting some grievance but when I opened the envelope I was amused to see the bio-data of a girl with a photograph. I just looked at pandit Ji and he asked me to give his opinion on the photograph. I gave the envelope to my security guard".

He also added that at the time when he was the Deputy CM of Bihar and in-charge of road construction department, he had displayed a mobile no and asked people to send grievances related to roads but instead of grievances, his mobile phone was flooded with messages from girls with marriage proposals.

Further, he took a jibe at Bihar Deputy CM Sushil Modi and said:

"If he reads about my marriage plans, he would say its time for me to go to jail and not get married".

When asked about the cold war with his brother Tej Pratap, he said:

"If anything is about to happen it will happen and everybody will come to know. Like what happened in the family of Mulayam Singh Yadav Ji."

Earlier in may, Tejashwi's elder brother Tej Pratap tied the nod with Aishwarya Rai, daughter of former minister Chandrika Prasad Rai in Patna. As per reports, Tejashwi recently visited Ranchi to meet his ailing father and as per sources, RJD chief has also advised Tejashwi to get settled soon.
