We are going to miss him: Liton Das

The Bangladeshi opener on Friday said, "We have trained a lot before coming here. We had a camp back in Bangladesh and have been training here as well. It is a good opportunity to adapt. We had also played without Shakib earlier in the Asia Cup when he was injured, so it is okay. He is the best player in the Bangladesh squad and we are definitely going to miss him." While reflecting on the historic Day-Night Test between India and Bangladesh on November 22 in Kolkata, Das said, "We are not thinking about the day-night Test at the moment, we are concentrated on the T20 match for now. Everybody in our team is looking to play their best game and contribute towards the team's successes." The batsman was also seen wearing a mask while training in Delhi and put rest to rumours which said that it was due to the pollution. "I was not feeling well that is why I was earing the mask," Das clarified.
