Mahanavami: PM Modi extends best wishes on final day of Navaratri
PM Narendra Modi, on Monday, extended best wishes to the citizens of the country on the occasion of Mahanavami, which marks the last day of Navaratri festival

The season of festivals has begun and there are joys and celebrations all around the country. People are participating in various festive celebrations on the occasion of Navaratri and Durga Puja. Participating in the celebrations, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Monday, extended best wishes to the citizens of the country on the occasion of Mahanavami, which marks the last day of Navaratri festival. In his tweet, he wished for the blessings of Goddess Siddhidatri on the citizens of India.
"Best wishes to all on the auspicious occasion of Mahanavami. With the blessings of Goddess Siddhidatri, may we achieve all our dreams," PM Modi wrote in his tweet in Hindi.

From Gujarat to West Bengal, there are festive vibes all around the country. Videos are emerging from different parts of the country where people can be seen dancing and enjoying the festive season. Recently, Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh posted a video on Twitter which showed Indian Army soldiers celebrating and performing Garba on the occasion of Navaratri in sub-zero degree temperature.

On the occasion of Durga Puja, TMC MP Nusrat Jahan was spotted at a pandal in Kolkata celebrating the festival on Sunday.
