It seems trouble for Nana Patekar isn't going to end anytime soon. First, Tanushree Dutta had filed a written complaint against him as well as the director of 'Horn Ok Please' Rakesh Sarang and producer Sami Siddiqui in Oshiwara police station seeking action against them.

Then the actress followed it up by filing a complaint in Maharashtra women commission on October 8. After going through Tanushree's complaint, Maharashtra women commission has come out strongly and issued notice against four people, including Nana Patekar. The women commission has also directed Mumbai police to file an action report on Tanushree's complaint on the earliest.

While speaking to Republic TV , Women commission sources stated that they have also asked victim to visit their office to share more details about the incident.

Nana Patekar and others have been asked to file their reply in the next 10 days. If they fail to do so, then the women commission may initiate action against them.

Chief of Maharashtra Women commission Vijaya Rahatkar told media,

"We have received Tanushree’s complaint & have taken cognisance of her complaint. We have sent notice to 4 people which includes Nana Patekar. Since last many days, we are receiving many cases of sexual harassment. That's why we have sent notice to all the production houses & film organisations to form a ICC(internal complaint committee) so that none of the sexual harassment complaint should go unheard.

The lawyer of Tanushree Dutta told Republic TV that, "10 years ago no one took notice of my client’s case but after a decade things have changed. She has become more stronger & wants to fight this case to get justice. He also expresses happiness over the women commission’s prompt action on their complaint".
