Thirty two days ago Republic TV was the only Indian channel to have tracked down Nirav Modi’s London hideout. After weeks of deep investigation, Republic TV found out that Nirav Modi was staying in a newly acquired property – 103, Marathon House, 200 Marylebone Road, London. In fact, this address has been mentioned by the investigating agencies in the extradition request that has been sent to United Kingdom as Nirav Modi’s London address.

Nirav Modi stayed in a fashionable and very central Westminster area of London -- Flat no 103 on the 13th floor, the topmost floor of this building. Republic TV staked outside this address for two days observing every movement. Finally, we managed to reach the 13th floor dodging the high security at the ground floor. The flat opposite is 104 and had an Om sign and the person inside sounded furious. The accent appeared to be Indian with a twang. He was irritated to see a TV crew on the 13th floor. “I know why you are here. How did you manage to reach the 13th floor,” said the person residing in Flat number 104.
