The Delhi Police has issued a non-bailable warrant against VVIP brat Ashish Pandey on Wednesday, son of former BSP MP, for brandishing a gun and threatening a couple outside the Hyatt Regency in the National Capital last week. Ashish, who has been on a run ever since the incident surfaced, has been booked under Section 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act.

  • Non bailable warrant against the alleged Ashish Pandey has been obtained
  • From the time of incident all the persons contacted by the alleged have been called to join the investigation to generate further clues

On Saturday night, the incident took place. As per sources, the male victim had taken his female friend inside the ladies washroom, as she was feeling nauseous. Inside, three women were already present, and they took exception to the nauseous woman being there and began shouting at her following which an argument broke out.

After that Ashish arrived at the scene and began arguing with the male victim and her friend. The arguments continued on till the entry of the hotel, where Ashish took out his gun and threatened the couple.

Interestingly, the video of the incident which went viral seems to have been recorded by a friend of Pandey from inside his car. The car, which is of a high-end make, is also purportedly where he had kept his pistol.
