The Indian Army has taught Pakistan a lesson it'll find hard to forget, in response to its repeated ceasefire violations and attempts to infiltrate terrorists into Indian territory. After neutralising a seven-member Pakistan BAT team that was trying to cross the LoC, the army battered and decimated at least seven Pakistan terror camps, killing over 50 terrorists. Two of the terror camps were as far as 30 km across the LoC. The Army's action comes at a time that a desperate Pakistan has been trying to target civilian areas in India in its ceasefire violations.
"Good evening and welcome. In the last 72 hours, Pakistan has escalated attacks across the LOC. The Indian Army response hammering seven terror positions across the LOC was devastating and we reported that yesterday. Now I am getting news that the Pakistanis have been hit again, and while details aren’t clear yet, I am saying tonight with all responsibility that this is the time to roll over into POK and end this once and for all. The Pakistani army is shocked that they have lost more than 50 terrorists in our direct counter assaults yesterday, they are horrified that we have hit 30 kilometres, yes I repeat they are horrified that we have hit 30 kilometres into and across the LoC. As a deep source in the Indian Army told me today, when more than 3000 shells of 155 mm Bofors land all around the victim, in this case, the Pak generals lose their mental balance which is what has happened today. The Pakistani generals have lost their mental balance. We need to watch the situation across LoC very closely. To all Indians tonight I say be ready. be ready because if they escalate any more we need to escalate all the way. We have the psychological edge. And operation POK has now begun. Well and truly begun."
'Operation PoK has begun,' says Arnab as India strikes Pakistani terror bases
In a massive retaliation to Pakistan's attempts to infiltrate into India along the Line Of Control (LoC), sources have said that the Indian Army has struck as many as 7 terror camps operating across the LoC, killing as many as 50 terrorists, if not more. As per reports, the counter came in response to 7 Pakistani SSG commandos trying but failing to infiltrate in the Tangdhar sector to carry out a BAT action. Upon the Indian Army receiving the information, all seven Pak commandos were eliminated, with Pakistan reportedly letting their dead bodies remain unclaimed 300 meters inside the Pakistan side of LoC.
Earlier on October 20, India launched a counterattack on terror camps inside Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) opposite the Tangdhar sector. Sources report that the Indian Army had used artillery guns to target the terrorist camps which have allegedly been trying to push terrorists into Indian territory. This attack was launched after Pakistan violated the ceasefire in the Tangdhar sector in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district, earlier in the day. Sources had reported that four launch pads in Neelam Valley (Pakistan Occupied Kashmir) had been targeted/destroyed by the Indian Army. Sources report that 6-10 Pakistan Army soldiers have been killed and several were injured.
