"Never in my life, I thought that there would ever be a day that I would have to come to pay tribute to my youngest friend. We shared an integral friendship for such a long period and even then I could not see him in his last moment. This thing will always remain a burden in my mind," PM Modi said. He also spoke about Arun Jaitley as inspirational personality, he said, "He was omnipotent, he was popular and he was always useful wherever he could be useful due to his talent and efforts. Whatever has been written for Arun Ji in the recent past, what has been said for him and still many of the dignitaries who have refreshed their memories here can experience the vastness of his personality, how diverse he was as a personality."
