PM Narendra Modi on Thursday spoke about how the abrogation of Article 370 and Article 35A will benefit the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir as the region now has the same rights and laws as the rest of the nation.

"Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh could be the inspiration for peace and prosperity for India. It can contribute to the nation's wealth. We will work to bring back its glory. All the new systems are for the good of the citizens, even the normal citizen can question the Centre, no one can stop him. We can bring this facility to them," he said.
