Republic TV has accessed exclusive photos of terrorist training camp from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir region, exposing the neighbouring nation's plot to disrupt peace in the valley. Republic TV on Wednesday had reported that Pakistan backed terrorists were plotting to target religious shrines. The Forces had earlier in a media briefing had said that Pakistan has been trying to push terrorists into Jammu and Kashmir to create disruption. Now, photos accessed by Republic TV show terrorists being trained in camps in PoK.
As per sources, the two photos accessed by Republic TV show terrorists' training camp in PoK. The intel sources confirm that the training camp has been organised by the Jamaat-e-Islami-PoK.They are leading Jaish-e-Mohammed, Hizbul-Mujahideen and Lashkar-e-Taiba in the ploy to dismantle peace in Jammu and Kashmir. There is also a plot brewing to attack religious places in Jammu and Kashmir.
The groups are no longer working independently, say sources, and that it appears to be a joint venture which began in August 2019. As per sources, when Pakistan saw no brutal response from Jammu and Kashmir against the revocation of Article 370, the Pakistan army and the Inter-Service-Intelligence (ISI) employed the tactic of fermenting terrorism. In photographs accessed exclusively, those identified are - Ijaz Afzal ex Ameer (president), Jamat-e-Islami from PoK, Adnan Razzaq Jamat-e-Islami Rawalakot can be seen with Jaish and Hizbul terrorists in the Rawlakot Hilly forests of Tarnooti and Pothi Bala. Terrorists don't live in a single camp or a particular location for a long time and are changing locations continuously
According to information gathered locally, Hizbul Commander Shamsher Khan will lead this fresh infiltration attempt into J&K. He will launch newly recruited terrorists in the last week of September or early October. The ISI also has set targets to recruit ten thousand terrorists from Waziristan. The list of terrorists is being prepared in Waziristan (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan).
Sources indicate that terror groups have been asked to attack a popular religious shrine in Jammu & Kashmir and also attempt attacks on security forces in the state. Top sources within the security apparatus have confirmed to Republic TV on Wednesday, that there is credible input to suggest that Pakistan is trying to target holy shrines with the sole aim of disturbing the situation in the Valley. Agency sources added that the intercepts were gathered from Pakistan and J&K based terrorists. Republic TV has learnt that terrorist groups, backed by Pakistan, have been putting up posters in various parts of the Valley and threatening civilians.
Even as Pakistan continues to be under pressure from FATF to act against terror financing on its soil and may face imminent blacklisting in October, the Pakistan deep state continues to recruit terrorists for proxy war in Jammu & Kashmir. Interestingly, India had on Wednesday designated Maulana Masood Azhar of JeM, Hafiz Saeed of LeT and Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi of LeT as terrorists under the new UAPA law. On Wednesday, the United States Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA) on commended India's move to designate Masood Azhar, Hafiz Saeed, Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi and Dawood Ibrahim as a terrorist. The SCA also said that it stands with India adopting and using the amended UAPA law to curb terrorism.
