Rahul Gandhi on Friday drew bursts of laughter and criticisms alike for his speech and antics during his address on no-confidence motion against the PM Modi-led government. One such antics of his caught PM Modi off-guard. After finishing his address, Rahul Gandhi went to the Prime Minister and hugged him and started to strut across the hall. PM Modi who was not ready for the gesture, called him back, uttered something in his ears while shaking hands with him.

However, it seems the Congress President’s over-enthusiasm and his speech failed to impress the BJP as they have called his actions ‘immature’ and have also decided to move privilege motion against Rahul Gandhi.

A privilege motion is a notice by any member of either House of a state legislature or Parliament and is moved when someone is accused of breach of privilege. Parliamentary privileges are certain rights and immunities enjoyed by MPs, MLAs, and MLCs, individually and collectively, so that they can effectively discharge their functions.

Meanwhile, even as Rahul Gandhi’s antics have failed to impress the BJP, they have made #BhookampAaGaya trend on Twitter. Netizens clearly can’t get over Rahul Gandhi’s antics.

The "bhookamp aa jayega" jargon was popularised by Rahul Gandhi himself when he had in past dared PM Modi to speak for at least 15 minutes in Parliament. At that time, the Congress President had also claimed that 'earthquake would come if he started to speak.'

Here's a look at how netizens are having a field day at Rahul Gandhi's expense.

Earlier in the day, Veteran actor and BJP MP Paresh Rawal on Friday took a swipe at Congress President Rahul Gandhi and said if he manages to speak for 15 minutes, the earth would shake.

“Agar aaj Rahul ji bina padhe, bina fumble kare, bina ghalti kare 15 minute bolenge toh dharti zaroor hilegi, hilegi bhi kya, naachegi (If today Rahul ji manages to speak for 15 minutes without looking at a paper, without a fumble, without making a blunder, then the earth would shake for sure, not just shake, it would dance).”

Union Minister Giriraj Singh also took a dig at the Congress President and tweeted, "be prepared to experience earthquake's tremors."
